My friends and I were impressed by this place. We haven’t stayed in a similar place before and it was perfect for our short stay in Bath Spa. The location was perfect and very easy to get to from the centre. The instructions for getting the keys were straightforward and we had a lovely stay overall.

The beds are nice, but I would recommend softer fluffier pillows.

It was really a fantastic experience to stay at 18 the circus. So much history. Was beautiful we had everything we needed really for a week with my 83 year old mom! There were many stairs to climb, but that was fine for us.

One of the mattresses on the single bed in the town room was awful, I think it needs a new one!

Honestly cannot think of a single thing wrong with the place! Not that it was an issue for us, but be aware there are lots of stairs and no lift. Parking is on Charlotte Street which is about a 6-7 minute walk from the apartment.

Keys were easy to find from the lock box. The apartment was gorgeous, spacious and roomy. Accommodated all five of us really well. The beds were comfortable and clean. Large towels and lots of unexpected toiletries like soap, earbuds and cotton swabs. Kitchen seemed well stocked, but only used the mugs and wine glasses. Tea, coffee and creamer were provided. Just a lovely lovely place and so much history! Would love to stay again!

Stairs need a bannister on the widest side of the steps. The only bannister was on the narrow side where the steps were too small to walk on .

Our whole experience was excellent. Booking was easy and straightforward. It was a comfortable walk from the train station to the property. Collecting the keys to the property was simple. The property is in the perfect location for exploring Bath and we found it to be very comfortable with everything we required for our stay.

Easy to follow instructions on collection of key and accessing the property on arrival. A sought after location and magnificent architecture. Beautiful location close to Royal Crescent and walkable distance to the town center. Fantastic facilities and everything you need to make your visit home from home. Would highly recommend!

The heating didn’t come on until 6:30 pm and we had to contact the owner to override the timer as it was quite cold. The crockery felt quite cheap.

Location was excellent. Apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Excellent deep bath. Loved the cosy kitchen. Bedrooms were lovely. Short walk to good CO-OP up the hill behind the apartment. Loved being in such a historical location.

Slightly shabby chic and worn. Mattresses could do with replacing.

Amazing location. Lovely apartment. Historic building. Lots of space. Really beautiful. Surprisingly very quiet for such a central location and all the shops and attractions on your doorstep.
