Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe only criticism I have is the room is lacking a mini fridge, add a mini fridge for cold drinks would be a massive bonus.
Good location, value for money, staff were really friendly and the onsite parking is a massive bonus. Also 11am checkout is nice as well managed to get a walk along the front before we had to checkout.

United KingdomOn our second day, the rooms were cleaned, and the beds were made, but the bathroom was left uncleaned, one enquiry the answer was the cleaner is gone and it can no be clean until the following day.
Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was very helpful, especially Diana and Wally, who were both very friendly and made every effort to keep us happy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom seemed new, featuring both a tub and a shower.

United Kingdom£10 per day for parking when you’ve paid £268 for 2 nights stay, I think is appalling - the car park is at the rear of the property. Also water is on a timer, so paid for a spa bath, but couldn’t get a decent temperature of water until an hour after check in

Plus didn’t like the hot water flask had to keep pressing it would benefit having a coffee machine or a proper water urn with a tap. Also alexia kept switching off akward silence . Just get a radio so can listen to breakfast radio show ?

Have yet to follow up but shall be demanding the parking fine is cancelled 🤞

United KingdomThe window was stuck down in our room, you can’t open it. Front door is great for security but not guest friendly especially with luggage. The spa bath took forever to fill, very slow water from tap and it has to be filled up to the jet level before it works. Led lights in the bath room would be better than the dim yellowy one’s.
Comfortable bed, nice linen, great bathroom, very quiet, good heating, gr8 shower, spotless. Friendly staff, good parking spaces at the back of the hotel but cost £10 per night.

United KingdomThe outside of the building needs more attention, doesn’t look very accommodating, looks more like a hostel. The shampoo and shower gel containers were empty. The front door was broken and took some time getting into especially as it was late at night. The TV screen was broken.
