The room had Venetian blinds and no curtains so it was too light for me but I like blackouts.

Lovely seafront location with free parking outside. It is almost a mile from the busier area with restaurants which is fine if you fancy a walk. It was a nice touch how breakfast was pre ordered the night before and cooked fresh for the time of your choice. Beautifully decorated room and hallway had pretty stained glass windows. The owner is a great host, she was very welcoming and helpful.

We did not find parking directly on the street, but luckily there is a car park by the sea which is very close and has lots of spaces.

The host was very kind. Freshly cooked breakfast, prepared with love, and a good variety of choices. The sea view from our room and the proximity to the beach were lovely. We also loved the interior and felt warmly welcomed.

Absolutely impeccable! The breakfast is generous and very tasty, the interiors are very carefully considered and the beds are super comfortable. I wanted a cozy bed and breakfast for a weekend trip away from London and this place is perfect. Highly recommended

Nothing that can be changed - being right next to a main road means there are cars going past throughout the night. On the other hand I was really pleased to have a sea view and preferred that to being at the back!

Very friendly welcome, clean and comfortable room, lovely sea view. Flexible about breakfast and check out times. Really appreciated the complementary fresh milk for making tea!

    Nothing everything was great

Alison welcomed us when we arrived. She was very approachable & nothing was too much trouble. Our room which had a sea view was well equipped with everything that we needed. Little luxuries such as toiletries & bath robes were a nice treat Comfortable king-size bed and fresh linen. We opted for the full English, absolutely delicious. Wish I had stayed longer

I had a fantastic stay at 15 Grosvenor. The room was immaculate, bright, and cozy, with sea view. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring there was something for everyone. The host, Alison, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants, that made my dinners truly special. I highly recommend 15 Grosvenor for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was only one thing which can't be altered but the shower room was quite small. It was long but thin. Consequently the sink was small, the size that you would probably have in a cloakroom. Also there wasn't a huge amount of space for toiletries etc. I have no idea if it would be the same in other rooms.

Alison was a delightful host who went out of her way to help. The breakfast was delicious and enhanced by the availability of freshly squeezed orange and apple juice. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable with good quality sheets and duvet cover. There was a fridge in the room and fresh milk was available at all times. It was quiet which is always a bonus. There was a pub a few yards away providing excellent food for an evening meal. It was also good to be so close to the sea.

15 Grosvenor is a great spot. Our room was beautifully decorated, the bed was so comfortable and we were warmly welcomed. You're well situated by the beach and it's a nice stroll along the promenade into the towns of St Leonard's and Hastings. We hope to return!

Sink in bathroom very trendy but ultra small.( partner found it difficult to shave in) My partner found room lacked a rail to hang shirts on, though it did have couple of hooks.

Breakfast was super and plenty of it. Fresh milk for coffee in room and small fridge in which to keep it. Alison was a great host and so helpful. The showers were WOW … hot water a plenty and super pressure. Right across the road from beach. Lovely decor throughout. Loved my stay.

We would have preferred a double not a twin room but all the other rooms were sold out

Close to the beach and promenade. Loved the beautiful sunset reflections on the sea at low tide. Excellent breakfast in the stylish dining room - we actually ate in the lovely little conservatory. If I had not had to go to an appointment I would have enjoyed coffee in the garden.
