We could of done with some WiFi in the caravan. Luckily had enough mobile data to stream tele for our autistic daughter who is obsessed with boss baby!😆 and maybe a maiden to dry wet clothes! Other than that it was all just perfect in every way. Thankyou

The static was amazing home from home very clean, and comfortable. Had everything there that we needed. Loved that there were cleaning products too. Great price for a Haven and it being a bank holiday weekend value for money cannot wait to go back.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and situated in a nice area. There is parking available very close by and plenty of activities for children within the site. I found the contact with the hosts to be helpful, concise and polite.

there was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. everything we needed was there already. i wanted to clean up and hoover, it was all there so I could leave the caravan nice and clean. the beds were made, there were towels too on arrival. perfect! thank you so much James and Ceri

The caravan was beautiful! clean and very welcoming. in a brilliant spot too! really close to the facilities. the mattresses too were amazing! had the best sleep 😊 James and Ceri were on hand straight away when I wanted to speak to them. brilliant van owners.

The train line next to the caravan was a little noisy but only lasted a couple seconds each time one went past.

Fantastic Caravan, like brand new. The caravan was spotless in a good location away from the noise. All utensils provided as well as bedding ( all new ) The owners were available to talk 2 if any issues. We booked in last minute at 4pm and were in the caravan for 5pm.

we love it however there was no lamps in the bedroom as we had kids that was difficult, the no Wi-Fi was an issue but we managed..

it’s was lovely and clean and a nice location and only a short walk to the beach I would definitely stay here again and the people who own the caravan are only a phone call away and if you need any help just ring them or text them and they will answer your questions straight away for you

the caravan was brilliant and it’s brand new caravan and get Location and only a 5to 10 minute walk to the beach and get shop on site and it’s brilliant for a nice break away

The caravan was exceptionally clean/well maintained, and it had everything needed for a wonderfully cosy, relaxing break. The owner was very helpful, he messaged the day before our trip giving us the caravan number and keysafe code, and he messaged after our break to make sure everything went well. Highly recommended, would book again in a heartbeat.

The site was mostly closed and the van was very near train lines which could be noisy at times especially early morning.

The caravan was lovely and clean all caravan facilities were new only concern was heating in bedrooms.

If I was going to be really picky the only slight thing would be we wished we had some outdoor chairs to sit on as the weathers been lovely. And caravan is located next to train track so can get a bit noisy but neither of these were a deal breaker for us and we quite enjoyed watching the trains passing by.

Great little weekend away staying here with my partner and dog. Enjoyed some lovely evening dog walks down the beach and days out to Colwyn bay and Llandudno whilst visiting. Caravan is comfortable and located in a nice quiet secluded area of the site. Well equipped with family games and spare dog water bowls(bonus, as I left ours back home by accident) bedding and towels were provided which saved space in the car, as not all caravans come with. Must say I haven’t been on a caravan holiday for over 15+ years so I was skeptical about it but it has proven you don’t have to go a million miles away to enjoy and spend time with family to have a great time and I will definitely be returning soon. Thank you James for being so accommodating and letting us stay In your beautiful caravan. Look forward to coming back soon xx
