We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Obviously we stayed in December so was very quiet but it just feels like a very homely site. The little touches like the little Christmas tree just made it feel extra special.

United KingdomI think we felt a bit rushed to vacate the place at checkout time. While the checkout time was clearly stated in the property details, the cleaner van parked next to Little Oaks 5 minutes before 10 AM and we felt like we had to rush a bit and had to come back with the cleaner already in to pick us stuff we almost left behind.
Situated in a very quiet Holiday Park near Padstow, this place is a very good spot to enjoy North Cornwall in a reasonable budget. The cleanliness of the place was great and the host was very quick to respond questions over email.

United KingdomThe next two items are personal to me and may not be the same for others: I thought the bed was uncomfortable as it didn't support my back, but it could be different for everyone else. Finally, and this is a niggle of mine, were the number and size of the speed bumps. I understand the logic behind them but do they really need to put speed bumps every 20 metres or so? Additionally, they were particular high and you had to go over them at about 1-2 mph. Our chalet was at the far end, which was fine, but there were a lot of speed bumps to go over and I think a little over the top.
The location is great as it's 10 minutes from Padstow. The chalet was very comfortable and well spec'd out with cutlery, can opener & utensils for cooking. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking with an oven and four rings for cooking. Plenty of clean glasses and crockery, plus they include some Fairy washing up liquid (other providers are available!) and sponge for washing.

I phoned the the owner up due to forgetting the pin to the door he was very helpful very polite i emailed him to ask if their was anyway to get gluten-free food for our daughter he got back to us straight away with a list of places what a fantastic person they were the place was very nice very clean im going to book again but for a week and tell my friends to stay thankyou for a great holiday
