Probably the best accommodation I stayed in on my month travelling Europe. Lovely spacious apartment, big bedrooms and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was also very nice. A great variety of toiletries, a coffee machine, and even croissants for the first morning. Perfect location, close to the York centre. I have already recommended this property to friends.

The apartment was fantastic and everything was supplied, Katy the owner is wonderful, was very responsive to any questions we had as soon as we booked. When she said we only needed our toothbrush and paste, that is all we needed. Even a continental breakfast was supplied for us, such a kind gesture. Parking was in a secure place and couldn't get more central to everything. Once parked up, everything is in walking distance. Just perfect for us. Anyone wanting to stay in York this apartment is perfect, you will not be disappointed. Just a very big thank you to Katy for such a wonderful stay.

The apartment had everything we needed, it was very clean, comfortable and well equipped and perfect for our stay. The location was excellent, only a few minutes walk from the railway station, York attractions, restaurants and shops. Katy met us with the keys on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect.

Excellent property, clean and luxurious. Lovely host who met us there with the keys, great communication throughout the booking. Ideal location! Close to everything I wanted to do and see! The apartment was equipped with more than expected. It was lovely and warm on arrival. Spacious, comfy beds! We visited in December and had a Christmas tree in the apartment which I thought was a lovely added touch! There was no outside noise! Everything was absolutely spotless. 100% recommend to friends and family.

The contact from Katy prior to our stay and the meet and greet at the property was first class! The apartment could not be faulted and we had a very enjoyable stay. It is definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed and we would love to return. The location was excellent to access all that York has to offer.

Very close to Centre of York, but nice and quiet, very comfortable luxury apartment, everything you need, a home from home. Great having the secure parking too. Katy the owner is great to deal with, a fantastic host and couldn’t be more helpful. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean too.

We would have loved more soft beds. But I think for 90% of the people they are ok.

Very clean, comfy and had everything we needed..and more. Walking distanse to all we wanted to see in the city. Close to food shop and train station. Lovely owners who came to met us and we got a late check out😊 We hope to be back.
