Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Owners were exceptional, so nice and helpful nothing was too much for them,location was beautiful just an amazing view of the water and mountains there was a bench out front that my wife sat on and just admired the view,one night even watching fireworks from town over,as soon as we opened the main door there was a gorgeous entrance staircase,tea and coffee was available in the dining room whenever we wanted ,room we had was at front of property near road we had windows open but slept soundly, road noises doesn't interrupt sleep at all.they even have a charging port for electric cars at a great rate.

United KingdomAmazing location. Loved the big beautiful room with a sea view and a rain shower. Walk to the beach. The breakfast was good and I'm a vegetarian. There is an extra £10 fee for your dog, but my puppy was very happy. They even made him special breakfast treats and he loved his morning runs in the waves with the other dogs on the beach. Margaret and Martin are lovely. It's a terrific spot for a relaxing holiday.

AustraliaThis was a great B&B. Martin was a fantastic host. He had great recommendations about what to see, where to eat, and visit. It's truly a gem. We had booked a family room, and it was a good size and bathroom clean. We didn't have ocean views but it was just across from the beach. Tea and coffee in the dining room as and when you need. There are stairs, so pack.light!

United StatesWould have liked to have used the bathtub shown in pictures but it said do not use. Had troubles with the wifi but host moved the extension and it was fine.
Beautiful location right off the beach and village but also has mountain views. Comfortable room and bed, with plenty of room to spread out. Rain shower was lovely. Breakfast was yummy and hosts were kind enough to adjust things for my dietary needs. Tea and coffee available all the time downstairs. Host gave great recommendations, including how to see the waterfalls nearby for free!
