“I was mistaken that on the Booking.com website that breakfast was included but for some reason for two breakfasts cost £32.90 but I have no idea how they arrived at this figure likewise I never received a bill for evening meal till I asked for a breakdown and received this morning

“Lovely house in a very quiet location. Close to the beach with parking for one car. House has everything you need for a stay and the kitchen has labels everywhere which are very useful. Nice external area to sit in the sun. Very comfortable en suite master bedroom with separate bathroom upstairs for the other bedrooms. As good as anywhere we have previously stayed so would thoroughly recommend it. 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk along the promenade to the pier. As Craig Revell Horwood might say "Fab U Lous"”
