Plenty of room for 2 adults, easy and free parking close by, on an unmade road, very quiet, well-equipped kitchen, comfy 2 x standard double beds, good WiFi, good pre-stay communication from the friendly hosts and very quick to assist with our queries mid-stay. Loved the Prosecco in the fridge (oh, and the milk) plus the tea and coffee, to say nothing of the Nespresso machine. 3 decent pubs that do food plus an Indian restaurant within a five minute walk, and Wivenhoe and it’s surroundings are so pretty. We really didn’t want to leave.”
