“It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. It’s a good base for visiting the Lakes. The owners Nav and Ian were lovely and always on hand if needed.”
“The owner Bob turned up as he said when we arrived. He was a lovely bloke. Talked us through everything, and helped us secure our bikes.(we were here to do the c2c the following morning). There was milk and tea and coffee. Cereal bars, with everything laid out neatly and well presented. A Morrisons local 100m away, and only a short 15 min walk to the harbour. We didn’t need to use all the facilities there, as it was such a short stay. But superb value for three of us for the night, and a one night stay is difficult to get. Fantastic for anyone else needing accommodation to do the coast to coast.”
