Checking in was easy and simple, the host was in constant contact with me throughout my stay to check if everything was okay. The room was super comfortable and tidy, big comfortable double bed and TV. Also free WiFi which was ideal for me to check in and send some emails once I'd finished work. Oven and hobs with cooking utensils which saved me a fortune on ordering take aways each night, Washer and drying facilities in the shared kitchen space was really handy to have. It felt like a home away from home, I enjoyed the stay so much I booked again for my 2nd week working in Derby and I'll definitely be sure to try and book again when i am working in the area in the future”
“I needed a place to sleep & shower during a nearby weekend music event that I attended, and this property was more than perfect for me. Great location in a walking distance to Derby Town Centre and even to the train station (although I do like walking; the taxi trip to the train station was £6-9). This lovely house with attention to detail in decorations made me feel very welcomed, and my stay in Derby very comfortable. Downstairs you have a living room, a kitchen area and access to a big private garden. Upstairs you have two double bedrooms and a bathroom (be aware of the stairs should you have mobility problems). The facilities in this property were simply excellent with everything that you would "normally" have at home (and more) including kitchen for self-catering. Unfortunately, during my 3-night stay I did not have enough time to spend in the house to enjoy this all.”
