“Location was brilliant. Hotel was very smart, clean and comfortable although somewhat dated. Staff were helpful, though not overfriendly and some needed a bit of training when it came to customer greetings. Food was of a very high standard and was served immaculately although a little slow. This included taking our order and bringing our drinks. Very disappointed that there was no real ale available. Checking in and out was very efficient.”
