Overall I feel the experience was ok, the room was clean if not dated and needs a refresh taking into account the age of the hotel. The breakfast was fine if not a little limited, the staff were always polite to us. I felt the cost was slightly overpriced but given the location, accommodation is at a premium. One issue was the odour in the dining room and bar which to me was of wet dog, as we did not dine there it was not an issue, as for breakfast we sat next to an open window.”
