“Nice rural location, good road links to tourist attractions. Nice sized room, extremely clean & good sized bathroom. Wifi. Was separated enough from the bar & restaurant for it not to disturb us. Restaurant food was absolutely amazing. The couple who run the place are really friendly & brilliant with food allergies, even have gluten free beer.
Couldn’t fault the place or the staff. Just really welcoming environment.”
“Kate and Andy were lovely , very welcoming. We were upgraded from a bed and breakfast room to Butlers cottage with a hot tub. They made our stay so much more enjoyable..couldn't do any more to make it a fab experience.

“The Kings Arms is in the heart of Llandysul - which surely must be the friendliest village in Wales. I was welcomed by the staff & the landlord, who were very soon friends. It's a breath of fresh air compared to most places I stay where nobody wants to know You. The surrounding countryside is picturesque & very quiet, though teeming with wildlife. Expect to be woken up by a busy dawn chorus. There are many walks around the village, all affording good views.
Staying in Llandysul - especially at the Kings Arms - will restore Your faith in human nature. Somehow it gets into Your soul. I definitely intend to stay again!”
“Very well equipped and comfortable, in retro style. I stayed during warm weather, so no need to use the heaters provided. Lovely little garden, heavy with flowers and bees enjoying them. Very peaceful and quiet location. Well stocked little organic shop.
Fast broadband.”
“We had a lovely relaxing few nights at the Cwtch. a few minor things which reflect our ratings. Whist we appeciated that this was not meant to be a luxury retreat a few simple things would have made it perfect. a working hob in the cabin and lights in the caravan for a start. The firepit in the shelter might be better if it were a chiminea as even with light or no wind we got choked out with the smoke which gets drawn into the shelter evident by the blackened ceiling. A beautiful location which feels a little unloved and lacklustre. All in all reasonable value and worth it for that off the beaten track experience.”
“Location was amazing. The view stunning and the host a very lovely lady. I booked the place for 1 week. First day I got frozen water for the cool box and 6 eggs.”
