“We expected a family room but we had one of the cottages for our 2 night stay. We travelled with some friends and it was lovely to have the lounge space to socialise in during the evening.
We went to Alton Towers on the Saturday and the staff were happy to prepare us a breakfast bap and give us take away coffee to go. All the staff were so friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely will stay again”
