“Location excellent. Odd welcome but subsequent dealings with staff good. Friendly and helpful.
Room ghastly. Very shabby and looked grubby. Shower in bedroom! Had no shelf to put shampoo, etc so had to put in shower tray and slipped. Smallest wash basin I have ever seen in the long narrow toilet area. Lighting inadequate. Kettle faulty, but was replaced. TV didn’t work. Bed lumpy, bed cushions and counterpane looked grubby. Tiny chairs. Uncomfortable, unattractive and very poor value.
Sorry, will not be staying again and cannot recommend
Went onto Tunbridge Wells and stayed at 1 Warwick Place. Suggest you look to the quality of this small hotel which was, amazingly, cheaper”
