“Nice looking ground floor function rooms, although that wasn't why we were there. Nice restaurant and great breakfast. Quiet location but not if you're in the rooms over the band.

“The Marine Hotel was in a great location on the sea front in Seaton Carew. I stayed in the Seaton suite, which was a large room with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom. It was very clean with a view to the rear of the hotel. The corner bath had seen better days with damage to the panelling. Although it has a shower attachment, it was a challenge without a shower curtain. Breakfast was a very standard full English with toast and cereal options.
The bar/pub has a well attended quiz on Mondays.”
