“Room was large which was pleasantly surprising. Nice touch with the tea and decent coffee and fresh milk! Bed was comfortable and shower a good size. Pleased we had an iron and hairdryer(although i didnt see this for a while as in wardrobe). 11am checkout which was great. We emailed to ask if we could get early entry to the room as we had a wedding to go to and were delighted that the staff facilitated this for us- excellent customer service. Thank you!”
