“Richard welcoming, chilled, very interesting to talk to. Very easy about our coming and going, very responsive to messages and flexible re timings. Appreciated the pot of tea on arrival, and the fresh croissants, home produced honey and poached eggs on sourdough for breakfast. Although on a main road, very quiet after 10pm and on Sunday morning. Valued the opportunity to stay in an old, character cottage. The roomy upstairs bedroom and ensuite, much newer in age, felt quite private in relation to the rest of the property.”
