“On arrival Pete and Karen were there to welcome us into the property
They showed us to our bedroom and facilities then invited us to go down to the lounge area for a welcome tea/coffee and slice of cake which we really appreciated
We had a great night sleep the house is in a very quiet area so not disturbed at all
Breakfast was amazing you choose your breakfast the night before All fresh and served direct to your allocated table plenty of tea, coffee and toast offered if you had any room left for more!!
We have no hesitation to reccommend this accommadation to our family, friends and anyone who might be hesitating to book a stay you won't regret it”
“Jane & James have given their property the personal touch. Everything had been thought of from fresh chilled water and milk available in the fridge to the pre ordered cooked breakfast option freshly cooked at your requested breakfast time to avoid food waste.
Nothing was too much trouble they were so friendly which made you instantly relax and enjoy your stay. Offering recommendations for dining or places to visit to explore the local area.

“Lovely welcome from the family, easy atmosphere and loved that we could take our own alcohol and food, but use all hotel beautiful lounge and dining facilities as we wanted, with a fridge to keep everything we wanted in, too!! We could even order in a takeaway and eat in the dining room if we wanted too, and they would set a table to eat it on!!Fabulous breakfast each morning - we certainly didn't need much else through the day. Lovely room, everywhere was beautifully decorated and furnished, and felt really homely and comfortable. We loved it, thank you!!! - oh, and parking in the village was a eeal bonus”
