“Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We could open the windows a bit which was good. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was a “serve yourself” affair which was fine. The staff brought food orders and there was no problem with that. Dinner was basic, but good and it was possible to get food that was not riddled with chilli peppers and other hot spices. The waiting staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool was at a nice temperature and the spa pool very soothing after a day walking on pavements.”
“The location of the hotel is perfect. The bus from the airport drops off just across the road and the trains are right there. As well as being so close to the actual city centre and all the sights! The staff were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast was great as well, really set me up for a good day. Great sized rooms, with fab views no matter what side of the building you're on. Also the aircon actually worked, I've been to so many hotels where it doesn't and the room is too hot but the aircon was perfect and I could keep the room at a comfortable temperature!”
