From reviews there are 42 steps to the property, but it does not say what type I was considering cobbled outside steps but it was indoor carpet steps like in a house, 3 flights with a rail, which were no issue, and good exercises. Being 3rd Floor meant less noise, better views.”

We took our adult family and we all had a wonderful time. The kitchen and lounge lend themselves to sociable living. The little garden is a sun trap of an afternoon, just delightful.”

The views from the property are spectacular and there is the most wonderful terrace to sit out on and admire the view. I highly recommend a stay here.”
“Sue was a lovely host. The room, bathroom and outlook very nice. The property is on a residential road on the outskirts of Dartmouth, about a one mile down hill into town. The breakfast is great! Sue delivered delicious yogurt, bountiful berries and fresh, warm pastries every morning. Plenty of tea, coffee and extras! The accommodation is very clean, spacious and well appointed. Our only criticism is the water pressure in the shower which is pretty poor. Other than that, all great.”
