“The property outside was clean and tidy and when we got in to get our key there was amazing customer service and a friendly atmosphere and it was like being home from home.
The room on the second floor was amaculate and clean the room looked like it was freshly decorated and the bathroom was clean.
After a good night sleep on the first day we had a full English breakfast and the product used was the finest and we was greated with a smile and it made are day.
The boss of the property was doing everything from reception to cooking and taking orders but we have had an amazing time and we wood definitely come back to this family run b and b guest house and I will be recommending this establishment.

“Ideally positioned in Central Skegness. Short walk in to the town centre. Nice quiet area. Garden was ideal for our little dog. Front garden looks nice with flowers and very tidy. Very clean and plenty of hot water. Very warm and cosy. Nice to have oven and microwave for eating in. Very secure with coded entrance. Bed was really comfy, slept very well.”
