“Whenever we checked out and about 5 minutes from the hotel we had a phone call from the hotel saying that a router was missing from the hotel room so we came back as I’d forgotten my iPhone charger. When arrived back they said about the router being missing I told them there was no router in the room when we arrived but they didn’t believe us so the manager came we told her the same thing, I mean why would we take a router when we were using our own charger I still can’t understand this. This all happened at reception area were on lookers were listening , very poor management”
