“Staff were wonderful really kind and helpful . Lovely breakfast. Busy weekend for the food festival and atrocious weather did not stop it being an easy going relaxing bar. The ambiance Ffion has created felt like a chilled private members club, she has hit the sweet spot in terms of hospitality.”

“Loved that it was a whole apartment. Plenty of space for 2 people. Could cook our own meals and a separate laundry where we could sod our washing. Wonderful views of the mountain and garden. Only one short set of stairs to bring our bags up. Underfloor heating was fabulous!”

  • Goytre Hall Review score: 10

“I liked how friendly and helpful the host was. Met me at the car as I arrived late due to working late. I was working close by in Abergavenny which consisted of a 40 hour shift. I was back and forward to Goytre Hall multiple times throughout the weekend for sleeping at all times of the day. Extremely quiet location and looks like it has nice gardens which I believe the residents can walk freely around although I never had a chance.”
