Private toilet was not clean and uper bed was uncomfortable and also the charging board was not near the bed so it's hard

Staff was amazing & helping bed was fine and location is good to they have luggage room which is good if you only staying night so uh can leave the begs there and go to travel and collect them after lobby was great you can stay in lobby as much time as you want no staff will ask you to leave even they let uh stay for hrs in the seatting area after check out share toilet was clean and good

The bathroom for the girls was so small and the the tape of the shower 🚿 wasn't working so good it's giving a lot of water 💦 with out control

Linens were changed which was weird and had to remake my bed twice in less than 24 hours with my limited time, I do wonder if it was because they were looking through my stuff which it seems like they did (I had nothing of value though, tangible or information). No towels which I should probably know about hostels but it’s been 20 years since I stayed in one,.

nice building and area, clean, quiet, I liked the bed, felt safe, nice staff, few people this time of year so I had 4 person room to myself, in an area with a lot of food and bar options.

CLEANLINESS - Toilets, bathrooms and rooms. The trash needs to be taken out everyday. The toilets and bathrooms needs to be washed EVERYDAY TOO! Way too many people are using it and it gets dirty.

The bathroom was on a different floor and the beds didn't have power socket closeby. Also the street is too vibrant so party people outside don't stop speaking, laughing or yelling 'till dawn.

Very helpful staff! The hostel has great communication and I appreciated the fact that each room has access only with a card! Great location, closeby several metro stations and lots of cafes and restaurants. The room was warm and spacious.

I spent three nights in this hostel. It is in a narrow noisy street with different cafes and bars so you can hear all this noise all night long. The bed is unstable and squeaky, no air conditioning system so even a microfiber towel didn't want to dry. No plugs or spotlight near the bed, no clothes hangers or any rail where you can hang your coat. The toilet is on a different floor. The kitchen is always dirty.

It's close to the metro station and the bust stop, about 7 minutes walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Stained mattress grossed me out. They should use mattress pads. The room lock did not function properly most of the time, so each time you wanted to enter your room you had to wait for someone inside to open the door, or go to reception. That was really inconvenient. No free shampoo. Free hair dryers did not look reliable, but there were paid hair dryers too. No power outlets beside beds. There were two power outlets for the room of 4 people near the vanity mirror. It was good we all had travel adapters with multiple ports. The room was facing the street with a bar, it was very noisy that night, but I was tired and fell asleep anyway. However, another guest moved in at 2 am and started packing at 6 am, so I did not have a good sleep that night.

The location is good, walkable distance to major landmarks. The staff members were friendly. Shared showers and toilets were overall clean. 2 mirrors and a sink in the room. Luggage storage room.

Paper thin walls (you hear everything). Tiny, tiny bathrooms and showers. Was extremely hot in rooms despite cold and rainy days outside. Room was filled with flying bugs — midges who bit up everyone in the room.
