Some of our food was stolen from the fridge, but the hotel staff cannot be blamed for this irresponsible behaviour of fellow guests. I hope this does not happen often, the system relies on the honesty of guests to be good citizens.

Great hotel with a modern theme. It is well situated, not too far from the shops and beach Lovely big room with a comfortable bed. Also there is a gym, and some facilities such as table football. There are some fridges, and an area where you can eat your own food. The staff were very helpful, when I needed to print and scan some emails.

I was not expecting the dormroom style (particularly not for over €100/night) but then this is Deauville and everything is overpriced. As it was, the sleeping unit was dark and relatively comfortable and the lockers provided were secure.

The location next to the train station and close to the casino and beach were all great. There are lots of restaurants and things to do very close to the hotel.

There was a lot missing from the room, there was no tissues, no water, no mini fridge, nothing of the main toiletries that you usually find in a hotel room. But the room was clean and the staff was nice.

Very complex managers. We couldn’t check in the reservation already paid on the booking, because the deposit of 150€ from the card was not written off, in words, let me pay in cash, they said sorry, we can’t move you in and your money will burn. I’m sorry for everything everywhere, but there’s no solution.

The hair dryer in the room was hard on my arthritic hands, the handle has to be held down to keep it on.

Nice modern hotel in a great location in beautiful Deauville. Our room with a private attached bathroom was clean and spacious. Nice size bathroom for European standards which is always nice. The room was no frills, but digitally connected with a large digital TV, speakers to stream music in the room/bathroom, and the options for mood lighting was fun. The bed was very comfortable. The property had lots of space to work or relax and have a drink. Being American we like to have lots of ice in our drinks and the bar was gracious when I requested a big glass with lots of ice - a treat in France. The staff was warm and friendly. We definitely recommend this great place.

Spacious room and well-equipped for a family. Loads of storage and fun easy to use features that our girls loved! Very welcoming and informative staff, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities like the gym, cinema, lobby activities and communal kitchen for eating our own snacks (even a fridge!) and a great breakfast buffet. We would love to come back!

One of these newer style hotels, a bit "less is more" approach, quite trendy and similar to Moxy hotels but not quite there. Staff were friendly but young and bit inexperienced I'd say. Breakfast is great but you've got to grab a table, it got pretty busy down there. Rooms are cool. Chill out and Work areas are great. Location is good for the station.

Having a small fridge in the room would’ve been more convenient as would some glasses rather than paper cups but these are just small points, not an issue at all!

It was modern, clean and spacious both in the shared facilities and the rooms. The rooms had plenty of storage and were well designed. We loved the big windows and the beds were very comfortable too. Our tween kids thought it was very cool and particularly liked the arcade machines and sound system in the room! All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly when I was trying to get gluten free food for our son. The location was also ideal.
