We were told we’d been upgraded, which was very nice to hear. Although our room was still quite small. I’m not sure how much smaller it would (or could) have been before an upgrade. Maybe the upgrade was responsible for some of the nice facilities in the room. I’m not sure. However I do know that all hotel rooms in this area of Paris, at least at this price, are small. So it’s hardly a negative thing in this case.

Small but stylish hotel in a great location right next to the metro and within easy reach of the centre of Paris. Rooms were well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. Despite being in a busy area of Paris the rooms were quiet at night.

Maybe the Eiffel Tower is further than the Eiffel Tower than presented (+- 30 min by walking).

Perfect for Business Stay (and also for tourist). Room was cool, the crew super kind and professional and the breakfast included a wide range of good meals. Very Good point also: the subway station just in front of the Hotel that connects you everywhere in the city.

We had a pleasant stay for two days. Hotel was clean and nice. Staff were very friendly and good. Breakfast was great and delicious. Metro station is just in front of the hotel just five steps away. 20 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.

Everything, the location is right next to the volotaires metro station, the design elegant and eclectic with a artistic flair. Really spacious rooms for the price. If you've been to paris before you know that things can be small and compact but this is not the case at hotel Yllen, its really spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are also spacious. The staff welcomed us warmly, they are courteous, kind and helpful. Ive never met such wonderful people who took time to have a conversation and ask us how we were doing. It has such a homely feeling! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Great comfortable hotel, with an amazing staff. They were super accommodating and helped me a lot with tips, restaurant reservations, and directions on how to take the metro, bus and other things as it was the first time I was in Paris and did not speak any french. Overall, I really felt like we had all the support we needed during our stay. The neighborhood of the hotel is great, with plenty of local coffee places, restaurants, and markets...which helped as it was quite cold when I was there. Also, one of the best things is that the subway and metro stations are just across the street, which helps a lot as Paris is huge and having the transport to take you to the main museums and attractions right in front saves a lot of time and energy. I did not opt to have breakfast as I wanted to try some of the pastisseries and shops around, but my sister did and she enjoyed it...they even prepared something for her earlier than usual so that she could eat something before taking her early flight.

The fitness room was a bit too hot and a regular treadmill rather than the wood runner would probably appeal to more people. But this is a minor point

only the breakfast was a little expensive but it does not matter, there is no need to buy breakfast at the hotel in Paris anyway 😊

The rooms are very clean, location is great, there are very nice bakeries and restaurants in front of the hotel, metro station is just under hotel, very good alternative for accommodation in Paris, I'm grateful for nespresso coffee capsules..
