Our room was on eve same floor as the kitchen and it was essentially impossible to sleep past 8am (breakfast is 8-10am) because of the noise from people preparing breakfast.

The room was large and clean. The kitchen was well-appointed. Breakfast was simple but good.

There was some confusion about the room cleaning after the first night, which was quickly sorted, and the internet and Netflix on in-room TV didn’t work throughout the stay.

In the Interior was beautiful and we loved our rooftop terrace and small kitchen... Lovely breakfast everyday in the communal area...very clean and within walking distance of what we had come to see...owner was very helpful and reccomended a beautiful restaurant...thank you for an amazing stay!

Quick showers and can’t shower directly after one another as water is held in a small geyser. If they are fully booked it’s quite loud and noise travels through to the rooms.

We had the king room (room 3) and deluxe king room (room 1). The king room has a patio to inner court yard that was very quite and not too hot. The Deluxe King room has a bit street noise during the day, but very quite at night. It is also hotter than the other room. Neighborhood is about 5 minutes walk to the tram and 20 minutes ride to the old city. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good, including baked goods, egg cooker, fresh made fruit salad, fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurts. The living room, kitchen area is very large, providing additional space to hung out.

Very comfortable large bed and a great breakfast. Room was very clean with a good size renovated bathroom. it was great that a washing machine and dryer were available. Breakfast was diverse and generous. The city centre was accessible by the tram - a stop close by - or an interesting scenic walk along the river. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Beautifully presented guest house with very accommodating and friendly hosts. Our bed was so comfortable due to the high quality of the bedding and mattress. High quality bathroom fittings as well. The breakfast provided in the communal dining and lounge area was prepared fresh every morning. Homemade items plus fresh fruits, yoghurts, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly ground coffee, teas, eggs, baguette and the best croissants ever!

The premises are at least 20 minutes walking distance from everywhere that is not good if you travel with kids. Everything else was perfect

Family room on the top floor should have a warning on the way out to the terrace. There is a leading edge that protrudes outside the walk out window door that may be difficult to see. One of the guests in our group hit it quite hard with her head and it was painful.

Davide was really nice host, showed us the property thoroughly. The breakfast was really good and fresh, and they even catered for my gluten free requirement (I am celiac).
