We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesHotel did not explain prior to check in that breakfast was not included in the hotel booking and I did not see a price listing at the front desk in either French or English. Wifi signal is also very weak and only usable on the ground floor but there is no lobby space.

NetherlandsSmell in the corridors in front of the room is really bad and is great pity. They should work on solving it as it leaves bad impression. Luckily in the room we couldn't smell it so strongly. Variety of food and amount of food for breakfast can be improved.
B.Location of the hotel is beautiful. Proximity to train station that is in a walking distance is also great point. Beds and bed covers are very comfortable and provide good rest and sleep. Clean rooms and clean bathroom. Very nice fresh food and restaurant staff that was very friendly and trying their best despite not being very good with English. Nice parking just in front of the hotel.

IrelandWe felt that soundproofing between the rooms was not adequate. We could almost hear people talking from our room. Room size quite small . It was disappointing to find the restaurant closed ( although advertised )when we arrived after a long journey .
The location by a lake was nice although we only stayed one night and were not able to explore the area as we had a flight from Orly on the morning we checked out. The front desk staff on arrival and on our departure were very welcoming and friendly . We didn’t avail of breakfast. We are not sure if the restaurant is only open on particular days but this was not obvious to us so very disappointed to find it closed the evening we arrived. We normally chose a Logis hotel when travelling in France because of the availability and quality of their restaurants . We managed to locate a Leon restaurant within a short driving distance which was a relief as we were very hungry!
