The staff at the restaurant weren’t very attentive to guests wanting to order food by the pool.

We stayed 1 night here and it truly was beautiful. The room was spacious, the ammenities were fantastic and location was a short walk to the main city region. The property was immaculate and quality was exceptional. The staff at reception were lovely

The menu is quite limited and pricey . Breakfast wasn’t great but rest of the food was very very good A bowl of vegetables for baby was €18! However , staff were incredibly helpful in heating up baby food that I bought in the supermarket

We adored this property from start to finish . We were apprehensive pulling up to the gates but as we entered it completely blew us away . The decor is outstanding , the pool area beautiful, our room was possibly the nicest we’ve ever stayed in ! We just adored it . 10 mins walk to the beautiful Cours Mirabel , we have fallen in love with Provence and can’t wait to return. Ideal for a baby moon / honeymoon

Keep in mind that dinner has the same tasting menu every day so is good to book some restaurants around if You want something different. But still is worth to try :)

Food and drinks v expensive but not an issue as you’re very close to the town with lots of options.

The only thing I’d suggest would be to play some ambient music in the hotel - felt a bit too quiet and eerie at times as it was pin-drop silence at all times

A little walk to the town

Nice swimming pool and overall room condition was good and clean. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Loved the interior and the garden. Breakfast area was also beautiful and the food was also nice

The hotel is really stunning, every detail has been thought through. The grounds are stunning, the pool beds are comfortable, we had a really nice room with a little private outdoor terrace. Really nice bathrooms. The most stand out things were the food and the service. Please if you go eat in the gastro restaurant, it’s outstanding. The people that they employ really care about your experience, the food and the execution. Please tip them!!! I get the feeling that they don’t get tipped often which given their level of expertise is a shame. We had the pleasure of talking to a couple of the staff and they went to university and studied their craft, they are very professional and take pride in their work. You can really tell that the hotel is independent and the person that owns it has an eye for detail and a passion for food, wine and a luxury experience. I can honestly say we will be back annually. Well done to the whole team.

the service from all staff. but from the breakfast staff in particular was excellent. I didn’t get her name but the polish waitress with blonde hair is an asset to your company. excellent service with a smile is rare these days. all your staff were excellent but this one stood out as exceptional. I will definitely return 😊.
