You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe had visited the town before and liked it but not stayed overnight. The house location was very convenient with nearly parking. The rooms are thoughtfully fitted and decorated. Our ring has come out as 9 not 10 only because we were shown a lovelier room! The owner Cecile was charming and helpful, as was her mother Colette, who gave us our really excellent breakfast starring her own lovely jam. We'd like to return and stay longer another time. United KingdomThe breakfast was excellent, most especially the homemade almond cake and jams. Splendid décor, both in the bedroom and in the dining room. We were made to feel most welcome. Parking too was easy and Villa Mitsou is within 2 minutes walk of the centre of Melle. Perfect!

Lovely house, interesting decoration, very comfortable. Pretty garden , scented air in the late evening.Excellent hostess. The location was very good, we could walk to the town centre for a meal.

SwitzerlandNothing negative. When the property has been open longer, it will probably feel a little more homely, for now everything is new. But the proprietor certainly makes you feel at home.
The property is right in the centre of Melle, close to restaurants and bars. There is parking right opposite. They have only been open since July so everything is perfectly clean, fresh and balanced. The owner has exquisite taste and the overall impression is one of peace and comfort. Lovely fresh baguette at breakfast, too!
