The breakfast is way below the five (or even four) star rating of the hotel. There is no way of opening the gate from inside your vehicle. All clients will have to get out of the car and ring the bell for the security to open the gate from inside. Quite inconvenient when it rains and/or at night.

We had to open the window during the night to get some air and there was noise from the traffic. I don't think one should pay for parking in a hotel such a this. The rooms are already dear.

We loved the breakfast facilities. Ludvig was such the most welcoming and customer focussed person, just perfect every morning to greet us always with a smile. Always gave us great tips also as to places to go.

Beautiful building with beautiful interior. Any time you can go to swimming pool to swim or take a sun bath. Exceptional breakfast. The sea is just 100 m away.

We arrived in Menton to different accommodation and were disappointed, so we were able to book into Villa Genesis at the last minute. Unfortunately, the weather turned a little on us, so we were unable to use the pool, which looked lovely. The breakfast for E10 per person was a great offering and very satisfying. The staff were helpful and booked us a transfer to Nice airport.

No coffee and teas making facilities in the room seems odd. Not a bit deal really but it is nice to wake up and make a cup of coffee.

We were on a ground floor and close to a side road and main road and was hard to sleep. Apart from that it was perfect.

Stunning hotel.really grand. Manager was so accommodating. Comfy beds and sexy shower. Place was spotless and great location. Metro straight into Monaco and right on the Rivera. The pool is lovely. Nicest hotel by far in Menton!!!!

The Hotel offers everything I would expect for this price and location.

Location superb. Clean tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site was a bonus with electrical car charge. Could not fault this hotel, would definitely return.

We have travelled all over the world so have experienced lots of different suites and rooms, deluxe, premium, etc They have ranged in quality depending on where you are in the world. These rooms are extremely clean, comfortable rooms, but the standard of rooms for the price you pay in my opinion are quite expensive, but I suppose in this case it’s the price you pay for the South of France. You are also paying for the use of a pool which is actually quite basic, nothing luxurious about the pool.

Friendly, polite, Efficient staff. Extremely clean property. Lift. Pleasant walk to centre. We were lucky to get two of the more comfortable Sun loungers each day of our stay.

Nothing. Only thing we would encourage to add is a waiter staff by the pool for drinks and snacks. We came into the bar a few times for this which was fine and drinks were lovely. However would be amazing if their was a pool staff every hour or so asking if we would like drinks and snacks as I’m sure most people would take you up on this.

Loved the modern villa renovation. Really wonderful bar area, reception, pool, rooms. Very well decorated. Lovely friendly staff. 15 min walk into Menton. Easy & cheap bus to Monte Carlo.

Doesn’t have a restaurant or at least a snack menu or room service menu. Makes it quite hard if travelling with children as absolutely nothing to order. There are plenty of shops down the road but a bit of a walk.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would return in the future. The rooms were a well appointed, with fantastic air conditioning and a very generous size. The hotel benefited from an on-site pool which was very clean with lots of seating around it. Habib, the hotel Director was very friendly and informative and on many occasions he provided top recommendations on local restaurants and things to do. The hotel itself was overall very luxurious.
