It's not the best hotel for large groups, but it was perfect for my daughter and me. The walls are thin so I was trying to be mindful of my daughters noise level when we were in the room.

The location was excellent, being close to the river and just steps away from the metro. I was staying with my daughter, so we mainly used the room for sleeping, and it served us perfectly! we were really only in the room to sleep so it was great for us! We had a room with a window so it kept the room a good temperature.

Just stayed 1 night before a flight. Excellent location, very central, near the Seine for a stroll catching iconic sights, and near les Halles for late food at bars and restaurants. With a lift for suitcase and next to RER B for CDG airport. Spot-on!

The hotel is one street back from the Seine and within easy walking distance to Notre Dame in one direction and the Louvre in the other. Staff were very helpful and communication was very good both before and during the stay. The hotel itself is small and nicely renovated and breakfast was plentiful. We really couldn't fault it. The baseline for this review is that value for money is not really possible to achieved in Paris. This was a small hôtel with few facilities. I was initially à little disappointed with the hôtel - the pics are a bit misleading, and the room was worn and in need of some TLC, old carpet, cheap bathroom. The room was clean on the surface but could do with à deep clean in room corners, grout etc however after à couple of days it felt quite homely.

Location was perfect - close to everything i needed. The room was surface clean, there were plenty of towels, good daily room cleaning service, not a bad size (I had a little space to do a workout/yoga), comfortable bed and clean bedclothes. They had a lovely tea in the room.

The bed could have had two pillows per person... but I also could have asked for extra pillows.

The location was perfect for us, who love nothing more than visiting all of the "must see", including popular and less popular. Our hotel room (16) also had a cute little balcony. Reception staff were 10/10 for friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The room was smaller than imagined but once gotten used to perfect for a couple who are exploring Paris

The location is fantastic, right near the metro stop Chatelet with a connection direct to Gar du Nord. Walking distance of 5-10 mins from Louvre Notre Dame, the river and the Latin Quarter. Bed was amazingly comfy and the pillows were perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming

I have no adverse comments really.

I did not take a package with breakfast - not a meal I eat - so not worth the money. I already knew where the hotel was - which was why I booked it. Like many central Paris hotels - it seems a bit small & disappointing when you first go in - BUT - I had a lovely big room with a large bed, plenty of room to walk round. Excellent facilities in the room. Much better than many I have encountered in central Paris. The room was very clean and well decorated. Really big safe - you could get whatever you want in to it. Plenty of hangers in the ward robe. It was very quiet. I was worried about bars in the street just next door to the hotel, but I heard no noise from them. The staff were just so helpful. I was with a friend who had travel problems - the staff went out of their way to help. I will definitely use this hotel again.
