The room was in need of an upgrade, there were lots of signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was the strangest shape, making the toilet exceptionally difficult to sit on. You almost had to sit sideways. The car parking was also very tight. It doesn't quite reach the 4 stars it has allocated.

The location for the palace was amazing.

Low quality of fruits and cleaning personnel during breakfast noisy.

Room was large and clean but with limited view. Breakfast was quite diverse but low quality of fruits and almost no diversity.

Took a bit of practice to get the coffee right from the machine at breakfast.

Great location for getting to the Palace and to the Olympic venue for the Modern Pentathlon. Great staff very helpful and friendly

Room were a little to dark (could have done with a light in the centre of the bedroom. Feel like it’s starting to become a little tired.

Small dining room and breakfast only. Frequently ran out of food at breakfast- seemed overwhelmed by number of guests at times. Really wanted soap dish and conditioner in bathrooms!

Perfect location; friendly staff. Slight difficulty in parking before checking in, so would recommend accessing the parking directly before checking in. Nicely appointed room, and bathroom; clean and modern with lovely decor. Price very reasonable for the location, so close to the Palace.

A bit dated when we drove up so we worried the photos were misleading. We were able to find a parking spot outside and found that there were a number of spots open in the morning. The rooms are antique in style And very nice. The showers were modern and excellent In our two rooms. The staff was very friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations. Air conditioning was great! The elevator is small, like most hotels in Paris. The location could not be beat! We were a one or two minute walk to the entrance to Versailles! Very very convenient. Overall, would recommend the hotel.

Breakfast selection could have been better.

Proximity to the Palace of Versailles could not have been better, literally a two minute walk. Near to restaurants and bars too. The staff were very accommodating regarding parking. We were in a camper that wouldn't fit into the normal car park but they managed to give us a space outside.

Overly expensive breakfast:

Everything - the location nearby the Palace of Versailles; the decoration with distinctive Grand Siècle flair in the reception hall; the decoration in the room with Le Brun´s reproduction as the headboard; huge room, quite exceptional for Paris and Europe in general; lovely terrace outside the hotel.

It would need a little maintenance, for example, the toilet seat was attached with only one fastener and moved when sitting on it, and one of the racks in the bathroom wall shook a lot. The street in front of the hotel is narrow and full of parked cars and if you arrive by car, it can be difficult to find a place to stop to go to the hotel and get directions to where the hotel garage is and how to get there.

We had a spacious room. Pleasantly furnished. The best breakfast of our trip to France, while the selection was not big at all, but all the other hotels had a smaller selection. Very close to the main entrance of Château de Versailles (4 minutes on foot), and it couldn't be much closer. Very slow WiFi. It has its own underground parking lot, but it is very narrow, even with a small car it was difficult to manoeuvre there.

Nice hotel, pleasant hotel staff, situated only a 5 minute walk to the Versailles Palace. Hotel provides underground parking, which you should reserve before your arrival, we paid €20 for overnight parking also just be warned the entrance to the carpark is very narrow and there are a lot of pillars which make negotiating the parking a bit tricky at times. Close to nearby restaurants.

All hotel smell on dast, no good ventilasion. In the room, even is clean, you fill dust in the carpets and stores.

Mold in shower and above the curtains, TV not the best feature wise and no usb sockets for such an expensive room.

Breakfast was great, very close to the palace and comfortable bed.
