Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe breakfast was expensive $21 euro per person and had very few choices. More like a continental breakfast, which should be included. At 21$ I would expect hot items and variety.
It was a really cute property and clean nice room. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was about a 13min walk from the train station which was convenient. It was a 15 minute walk to the center of Cannes where all the restaurants are. Overall good location and the room was pretty and clean.

The hotel looks really nice. The location is great. The staff was great (especially the Lebanese lady at the reception) and very helpful despite the fact it was a busy time with The Festival.

IrelandHotel falsely advertises that it has a partner beach but reception advised us that this partnership had not been renewed in 2024 (despite website & hotel info still saying so). Therefore, you need to use the public beach which can be very busy or pay to sit at the beach clubs (upwards of €35 per lounger)... There was complimentary water in the bedroom when we arrived but this was never replenished over the 4 nights. We were facing the front of the hotel so it can be a little noisy with the traffic in the mornings.
Location was good, close to the Private Beach Clubs and Public Beach. However, the hotel does not have a partner beach despite the website saying it does. Good AC in the room. Bed was comfy and bathroom is a nice size with plenty of space for clothes etc.
