Bed was a like a futon and quite uncomfortable. Shower leaked everywhere in the bathroom.

We loved the location, it was amazingly central and had great views.

there was no tea/Coffee capsule offered /provided (we found only 1 capsule (while there were Nespresso machine & hot water machine . With the price of the apparment , this would have been expected.

There was not full shower toiletries, the silverware in cabinet were not clean, and some of the linens on bedding were stained. In the summer heat, the bedding was heavy winter bedding only. The kitchen cabinet doors were broken.

The location was perfect and ease of entry was fairly simple. The decor was lovely bohemian style.

If wasn't for the view and location we probably would have rated this apartment very poorly Fair enough they say it is an aparthotel, but if you leave me with four mugs at least make sure they are not all chipped. Not enough drinking glasses for family of 5. Bin was broken, no extra bin bags not enough toilet paper, not even a new dishwashing sponge. Overlall cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. No extra bedding for 5th person Hopefully you will see it in a constructive way, as otherwise it is a great apartment.

The view and loacation was great. Close to station and old town.

We did not receive any detail beforehand on how to acces the appartment and wifi, but after a phone call they send us the details within 5 minutes, the main door was pretty heavy and stairs was difficult to access. There is no airco, only 2 fans that makes allot of noise (i think its almost time to replace these fans. It can be verry hot if its a warm day. Rooms are a little dark, but for some people this is a nice thing. Warm water shower is limited, so dont stay under the shower for too long.

The view is exacly as in the pictures, really beautiful. Location is also really nice. The rain shower was verry nice and shower room was spacious. Perfect place for a romantic vacation.

There is only one window, so no good circulation (there are mini fans in the bedrooms), and no place to hang clothes. All in all, very manageable.

Great breakfast, awesome location on the river, good atmosphere when window is open, very quiet when it is closed. The design is fabulous.

Unfortunately after a long drive we were not gifted with the details to gain entry to the property and had to call the owner twice. The property needs some TLC and I had to report a few issues on arrival i.e, cupboard door off hinges, toilet seat half secure, lamp not working. Sadly cleanliness was not up to a standard expected. The owner did offer to come by to offer assistance but for one night we unwilling to lose any further time.

The shower was weird, a choice of hose or mist. If we were doing something wrong, there were no instructions. The furniture is very basic - no closets, just a hanging stick with some hangers on it. No chairs, just some stools and a bench in the kitchen. There were no instructions of any kind - I had to find the wifi password on the bottom of the modem.

The location is the main attraction - right in the heart of old Annecy and with a lovely view of a canal. The flat is quiet. The host responded promptly to emails.

The Decour of this apartment was so inspiring and beautiful. The only thing that was better than the artful way in which it was prepresented, is the amazing location we had for use of beautiful water and bridges. Lots of lots of people walking by because it is the place to be in town. It was still quiet and so lovely.

In addition to the very late information about how to retrieve the keys, some basic kitchen equipment such as cutting board was missing. There were no wardrobes or places to have the clothes. There were some hangers but no where to hang them, so kind of useless. We just had to keep our clothes in piles on the sofa, which kind of destroyed the impression of the apartment which was otherwise nicely decorated, but hard to keep in order and neat for this reason.

The landlord was supposed to have texted us, but for some reason the text did not reach my phone and I had to call once we were already at the apartment. Luckily, the landlord responded so that we could get access to the keys.

We immediately fell in love with the property because of the view out the main window. It was spotless, warm and the host couldn’t have been more responsive. The beds were very comfortable. Large socialising area. We loved it so much we booked a second night. Gorgeous cafe downstairs we frequented.
