Very stressful arrival, having been told that we would receive access details 24 hours in advance. After several unanswered phonecalls to the owner/manager, I got a message asking what I wanted. She had clearly forgotten or not bothered to send us the access code or meet us at the property. A waste of 45 minutes of our time standing outside.

Quiet, convenient location with on street parking nearby. Useful kitchenette and nice big shower.

Silly really only one toilet roll supplied , asked about this and was told get your own after that one runs out … not really expecting that attitude these days.

Not much relaxation space as the chairs were very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of once you were in, but that's a very small gripe and shouldn't prevent you booking.

Great little apartment, perfect for an overnighter or a couple of nights. Very comfortable bed, quiet, with everything you need for a short stay. Spotlessly clean and a short walk from the station/airport coach drop off.

Clean inside but the garden and the barbecue area were a bit messy.

Nice, small airbnb selfcatering studio on the ground floor. It is about 10 minutes walk to the lower city and 20 to the castle area. Modern decorated with, cooking facilities, dishwasher and the possibility to use a washing machine. What we really appreciated was the good care and service the owners provided for the delivery and pickup for our bikes and luggage. Merci beaucoup. Really recommended!

The ad for this apartment shows photos but half of the photos are from another apartment. The photos from the garden are very outdated. It’s mainly used for laundry now. (Looks like there’s a laundromat on the ground floor). The building is very noisy because of old wooden floors, and we had bad luck with very loud people on the floor above us. Maybe it’s the other apartment that is also rented out with the same organization? The apartment is not very clean. Multiple little things need fixing/maintenance. There was a horrible smell of rotten eggs in the apartment which points to problems with the drainage. There was very little toilet paper. I also sent a message to the host but it was never answered.. All in all the photos look good, the space is indeed nicely remodeled, but there were too many issues for us.

Bathroom not clean, towels had marks on them. Door to the street did not lock and was open at all times, this meant you could not sleep with the window open despite it being very warm in the apartment. Was told I would be sent details to check-in 24 hours before arrival but was sent them 15 minutes before, despite messaging to ask about details. TV did not work.

I do not recommend it. The place is dirty, lacks basic instructions, poor Wi-Fi, only provided half a toilet paper roll for two days for five people. It's very cold; requested blankets were never provided. No hand towels or napkins, and there are stairs to climb.

. Nothing about the room is 'superior' . The post on booking.com is completely misleading - 'whole house': only a small room; pictures of several different rooms, unclear which pic refers to the room you are booking; photos cleverly deceptive re space; etc. . Cold (we were there end- October) but there is a heater . Only a shutter, no curtain, must open/close from outside (after dark/before liģht) . Access by code (post says will be met on arrival) . Had to request bed covering on our arrival 9pm (sheet only provided) . Bed comfortable once in, but access very limited - 25-30 cm each side . No pillows - just cushions . Shower soap ran out after one day's use . ...

The apartment that we stayed in, on the ground floor, did not look like in the photos. The mattress was dirty and the sheets had not been ironed. There was no soap in the bathroom dispensers. Furthermore, because of the garbage bin inside the entrance of the building there was a stile smell in the room. Too expensive for what it offers. An overall bad experience
