The location was excellent we could walk to all the major sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but it could get crowded and some items depleted quickly

It's just that the facilities are old. But thanks to that, I feel like I've gotten a little closer to living in France.

The location is great. And I got a gift that allowed me to see the Eiffel Tower. The room feels old, but the friendly service of the staff and the location make up for it. The best part is the breakfast. Because of the Eiffel Tower, I stayed at the Pullman Hotel the next day. Based on my experience, I will choose this place again next time I come to Paris.

Only major incident is that TV was not working the day of the presidential candidate’s debate so I missed it completely ! I’ve asked for a 1 night credit to be used next time but they didn’t accept

The management never fixed the elevator during our entire stay. That was a huge inconvenience to have to use a tiny service elevator

It's supposed to be a hôtel de charme, but it's run like a big chain hotel. The reception and lounge are nicely decorated but quite small and sometimes crowded. The staff seemed distant and focused on getting things done. Very little interaction with customers, except for a few like the receptionists who helped us change rooms.

We'd booked three nights for the Paris Olympics and had high expectations. But the first night was a nightmare. A nonchalant receptionist put us in a room on the first floor, facing huge external air conditioning units that made a constant noise. The room was dark and damp, and the duvet covers were still wet. Fortunately, another receptionist (probably from Magribin) kindly listened to our complaints the next day and arranged a room in the adjacent building on a higher floor. Although the room was less modern, the view was great. We really enjoyed it.

The sound of TV from the other person's room was a bit loud. But ok otherwise, nothing to mention. Breakfast was fair.

A coffee machine in the room would be nice. The sweets in the breakfast area are nice.

Room very small hardly any room to even have your suitcase out. Elevator very small only 3 people can fit and only one elevator

The room was smaller than advertised on Booking, less than 10sq.m. Many steps and very small elevator only to tge sixth floor. Service not too friendly.

Good location near Jardins de Luxembourg on a quiet little street. Great vue from the 7th floor with Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame, Tour Eiffel etc. This is the only floor with a vue. Bathroom is decent and has a large window.

Not much about this hotel I didn't like. Maybe bigger towels but that's just nit picking. We were very happy with everything.

Although the room was not large, (it is an old hotel) it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We had a large window that opened onto a Juliet balcony and a view of the street and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Comfy beds, good pillows, very quiet when windows closed, small bathroom but with a good shower. Excellent breakfast from 7-11am and afternoon coffee/tea and cake provided. Hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant. A short stroll to the Pantheon. We walked over to Notre Dame in about 10 mins and along the river to the Louvre and walked back along Blvd St Germain. A nice gentle walk that didn't take long at all. All around the hotel are a variety of restuarants. A brilliant Vietnamese that is always busy because its so good, Japanese, Indian, Moroccan and of course, French restaurants just on the door step. A short walk to the Odeon metro. We were very happy with our stay at this fabulous hotel and will be returning. It is great value for money.

We were very satisfied with everything. Couldn't fault anything. If we were to suggest anything it would be for the rooms to be updated, I think we were in the older part of the hotel.

This is a good hotel in an excellent location, we paid extra for a high level floor with views and requested a view of the Eiffel Tower as we were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We were very fortunate they were able to accommodate our request, fantastic views I will never forget. I would definitely book to go here again, a very comfortable stay with so much to do and see in the area, close to or easy to reach all the main sightseeing areas.

No complaints. Everything was lovely.

Great location and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You could see them cleaning the rooms every day which was nice! The breakfast was fresh and they also offered a little pastry/coffee service complimentary to guests in the afternoon around 3pm.

The property was modern with an old school Parisian style & features throughout. The room was immaculate and the view was also excellent.
