Elevator was very small so if you have big luggage and staying on the 6th floor, you’ll have to use the stairs. Had to pay for luggage storage after check out but it was only 16€.

Location was great. Very clean. Friendly staff. Booked last minute in the afternoon and we were able to check in right way with an upgraded room.

Location, Location , Location! We walked and walked and walked and seen everything in the wide centre area . 5min from train station “B” connecting to the airport , we didn’t waste a minute

I had just flown in having had 40hours in transit. Within my first hour of occupancy I had three staff visits. I have no idea what for but it was quite invasive. I got the impression that it was to ensure that I was the only occupant.

It was perfect for what I required for two nights.

The only negative is that the hotel currently, (June 2024), has renovations taking place which, although understandable, is a little intrusive. Hopefully that will be completed soon.

The staff are fantastic. Extremely helpful and they ensure that every guest is made to feel welcome. Our room was elegantly large, very clean and well equipped. The modern bathroom sits well with the more traditional bedroom and the ambience of the entire building is efficient, chic and cosmopolitan. We decided to breakfast on an ad hoc basis so I can't comment on the food but I can say that the hotel breakfast seemed to be very popular and taken in a very elegant room. The location is brilliant. Everything is within walking distance from narrow street late night eating and drinking to elegant boulevards to stroll and window shop.

The walls were too thin, you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms, the room was far too dark, I found a hole in the bedsheet on the first day and they didn't even change it the second night, there were cobwebs in the room so cleanliness was an issue. At breakfast time there was no water available. This hotel is not of 4 star quality in my opinion, 3 stars would be more accurate.

The staff were very friendly, especially Christian he was very helpful on reception ,bed was very comfy. The breakfast buffet was nice . The building itself wasn't the best but the staff did a good job at making it feel more special and welcoming.The staff really were top class.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great area, after a long flight from Melbourne Australia it qas so nice to be greeted by lovely staff. Bed was super comfy and the breakfast I decided to get the last day was great value for money. Would recommend!

The air conditioning was ineffective & you could not sleep with the window open as it would be too noisy.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Good access to metro stations, buses and the RER B but in fact you can walk to so many attractions. Our room was a King room facing the front of the Hotel & was spacious & the bed very comfortable.

Very welcoming. Gracious atmosphere. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and cake. Excellent location and wonderful restaurants nearby. A highlight for our stay was having the delicious continental breakfast on our balcony.

The Cozy Room was surprisingly big! I was received with some yummy complimentary gifts when arrived in the room. All the staff was very nice. Especially Christiano who was very welcoming, professional and funny. He definitely made my arrival and stay much more pleasant. I will definitely stay here again.
