Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Closeness to the airport, easy 24h check in, nice continental breakfast, parking right next to the rooms. Plenty of towels and shower gel in the bathroom so no need to unpack everything.

We stayed when we arrived at Bordeaux airport (10pm arrived) before heading off in the morning - so a simple overnighter. Just one stop on tram or a 13 min walk. Room are small but knew that but very clean, beds very comfortable and just what needed

United KingdomPersonal preference would be to have staff in reception for longer hours. The current hours may work for business travellers, but for tourism it makes it difficult if you arrive at certain times or need advice/assistance.
Good location for the airport and the tram. Very quiet for a hotel so close to the airport. Good to have kitchenette and fridge.. Ideal for a short stay and the staff were really helpful, including early check in and looking after our bags for the day after check out.

We checked in on a machine and it gave us the keys. Rooms are small but perfect for our short stay. Everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel

IrelandBathroom is very very tight, It was super clean but looks like old and dirty maybe because of the tiles. Ok for 1 night. Next morning I was starving and decided to take breakfast before leave and to be honest, a bit overpriced for what they offer. It was a simple breakfast, some bread (2 types I think), croissant was delicious anyway, scramble eggs that my husband got wasn't good at all. Coffee and one type of juice. You can find also cereal and milk/yogurt. Could be a little better the quality of the food.
I got late in the hotel and all the communication before was pretty good. We did a self checkin and we got our keys from a machine in front of the reception. Room it was quite of tight and also the bathroom. Room had 2 single bed and we had to put together as I was travelling together with my husband. Bed was comfy and room was cozy and soundproof. Price it was ok, similar with other places around. If you are going to stay only 1 night it's fine.

United KingdomCurtain doesn't close all the way, no shutters on the windows and bright lights means your room is lit up during the night. Also the bathroom is a wet room, so once you've had a shower the floor is very wet. Lock on the door didn't feel entirely secure and I was on the ground floor, which meant any time someone walked past it felt like they could enter the room.
Good location with proximity to the airport and tram line, inexpensive and good quality given it was the lowest price option available that still boasted a minimum level of decency. Room was fairly spacious and clean, lots of storage and would easily fit two people living together. Ability to check-in at the early hours of the morning.
