Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel was excellent. Modern rooms which had black out curtains, a small fridge with bottled water and tea and coffee. Friendly staff on reception.They have literally thought of everything. Location is perfect for walking to the sights of Paris. There are also cafes and bistro's right outside the hotel as is the metro line. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I would certainly stay again.

I reserved 4 rooms. Each room was different answering the needs of my family. They were all pleased. I had a business room to myself. The room had almost everything I wanted except TV in English. It was tiny but ok for 1 night. The breakfast was nice with a reasonable price.

Fantastic location as the Metro is right outside as are restaurants and cafes. Very close to sight seeing activities and walking distance to the Effiel Tower. Rooms are modern and very clean. Some rooms are slightly bigger than others but a good size for Paris standard. Lovely, helpful staff who are available 24/7.

Everything was good. The room was in a proper size. The toilet was separated from bath so at the same time both of us could use it. The bed's mattress were comfortable. In the closet there were lamp which make its inside visible. There curtains were very thick so we could rest without any light during the day. Every day they put croissants and pain au chocolates at the labi to welcome gusts. The only thing was that there is a bit noise of metro, I used ear plugs so it damped noise completely and I slept well.

Very nice hotel. Really clean, really comfortable and spacious bed. Very modern. We had the junior suite as we had a child with us. It was perfect. Breakfast was lovely, it’s more continental but plenty of choice. Free hot drinks during your stay. Friendly staff. Air con. Blackout curtains so you get a really good nights sleep, 15-20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Yes you can feel the vibrations of the metro but it didn’t bother us. Loads of places to eat and drink nearby, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

GreeceIt was quite cramped unfortunately. There wasn't enough room to go around but that is expected due to the room we booked. We went during the Olympics so was a bit more expensive and not great value for money.
The room was ideally located close to the Eiffel tower. It was cosy, clean with all amenities provided - perfect for a short stay.
