My stay at this Parisian hotel was very pleasant. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, the rooms were beautifully appointed and clean. The breakfast offered a delightful array of delicious options. Overall, a lovely experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you Hotel Touraine Opera :)

Friendly, relaxed and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Great soundproofing on the windows making noise from street inaudible when closed. Location fantastic for visiting everywhere we wanted to go in Paris for our 3 night trip.

The bed was slightly too firm for us, and the hotel itself is quite small making the hallways and elevator very tight. We had an issue with there not being a plastic piece on the bottom of our shower door, so water would pour out. However, the issue was fixed very promptly by staff, great response and they gave us free breakfast for the problem which was sweet.

Wonderful staff, they were always so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond! We loved the extra special touches, like placing a pack and play in the room with a coloring book and a candy for our child or a “after shopping” pack of face cream, sleep spray, and calming foot massage cream. The location was great as well, close (but still a walk) to many metro stations and the RER line. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants while still being quiet for the city. The room was a good size.

The toilet needs a door or if impossible to do, the door to the bathroom needs to fully slide shut. I stayed with a friend and this was the only negative thing about the room.

Cleaning was ok dust everywhere I could write my name on the telephone in the room..over all it is a small hotel the lobby and breakfast and reception in the same rectangular room was disappointed expected a bigger space from pictures on website !!! A bit fake

There was nothing I didn't like.

Quite simply the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive. We were offered drinks, and when I mentioned it was my husband's birthday we found a handwritten note and some macaroons on our bed when we got to our room. This was a delightful touch that made our stay so much nicer. The hotel is a stone's throw from the big shops such as Printemps and Galleries Lafayette and is a nice safe area. The beds are extremely comfortable and I'm incredibly fussy so this is a massive plus. I will never go anywhere else now if I go to Paris.

Everything was just perfect!

Very nice location close to metro and bus station, extremely friendly and helpful personnel (special thanks to Elissa the receptionist for her tips and recommendations- you made our stay just perfect) and close to café and restaurants (PONI restaurant 150m away one of the best) .if we come back we will stay again.
