You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel is a 5 min wall to the train and bus station. It is one block off of the main street so was very quiet. The hotel and our room was tastefully decorated, modern and seemed newly remodeled. From this central location you can walk to Lake Annecy, old town, to restaurants and shops and historic sites. The receptionist was very helpful and offered a local favorite restaurant that was within walking distance and was one of our best meals! We appreciated the complimentary espresso, coffee, tea and pastries offered from 1-9 pm each day. The hotel offers breakfast but we did not partake so cannot comment. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again on our next visit!

United StatesPerfectly situated hotel only a short walk to the historic part of town and the train station. The hotel was exceptionally clean and was serviced every day. Rooms were a bit tight, but we managed just fine. The rooms had air conditioning and parking was convenient and easy. We did not pay for breakfast—price was a bit steep and there were plenty of options nearby. The hotel provided a bike rental recommendation that we enjoyed. We would return.

United KingdomLift does not go all the way to 4th floor so request a room with access via the lift. There are steps up to the hotel but there is a ramp for access. We didn’t dine in the hotel as I don’t think there were evening meal options
Found this great hotel in a very good location. We stayed two nights in Annecy with our two teenagers before moving on. Excellent hotel with great rooms. Parking if requested and breakfast which was extra. It was in a very quiet street with easy access to the lake and shops.
