There was one power outage in the morning of the last day. I guess it wasn't the property's fault.

It was a very friendly environment, with a lot of positive messages written around. I liked that.

Breakfast was variable. I think according to who was on duty. Good for 2 mornings. Then 3rd morning dried out scrambled egg rather than replaced with freshly made. No bacon at all when there had been on the first 2 mornings. It was as if those on duty that day could not be bothered to maintain the usual standard. That is unacceptable in my view given the price charged.

Pleasant and helpful staff on reception. Swimming Pool; table tennis table; table football. Relaxed atmosphere, good for children. Some rooms have kitchen. Ours did not and was expensive for what it was. Paying a significant premium for a 4 person room I suppose.

While the hotel is not very far from metro (like 10 mins walk), there are quite some stairs on the way what makes it a bit more difficult to reach if you’re with suitcases.

The only thing I felt is a bit on the down side is the location specially if you are travelling with old age people and kid, but if you are hands free then you might avail public transport in walking distance.

As a family travelling with a small child, we would definitely recommend this place. They provide separate kitchen to cook meals for child and its lovely ambiance for all age groups.

The hotel is 10 min away from M1 metro line, which takes you to the city. The staffis very friendly and helpful.

One small thing I think it needed improvement was the cleanliness of the common kitchen/dining area, at least on the floor I was located, but this is a minor detail, and the place is a very good choice overall.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The location is good, relatively close to the metro station.

The method to use credit card data for deposit is a bit outdated and could definitively be improved safetywise.

The hotel's policy requires providing your credit card details as a guarantee for payment, even when the booking has been fully paid through the Booking platform. It is necessary to present a physical credit card upon arrival; cash or digital wallet payments via Google/iOS wallet are not accepted.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the metro to the center and 15 minutes to the train to Versailles, in a business area that's very safe. - The room was spacious and clean. - The reception was friendly.

Location, bus stop, boulangerie, and Carrefour just around the corner, the minutes walking from the yellow line of the metro. Very safe area. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is worth the money. I will definitely go back and advise it to others.

No plugs near bed. Only 1 plug available in a room with 4 beds. I was alone, but imagine if 4 people would have had to charge their devices. It's just nonsensical... Showers are mouldy, but I understand there are works underway to fix this

The breakfast is not many choice and it’s a little cold and the heating system not works well.

The property is clean and everything looks new and the space is really good compared with those near city center, came here for some concert in the Arena, because everything is under construction there, it’s not easy to find the way to be honest, but it has nothing to do with the property, everything is good

There is not a lot around the hotel being a business district almost all the shops, restaurants and bars were closed. West Fields is just one stop on metro but not when you just want a large bottle of water for the room. Hotel does have vending machines
