Maybe was a little tiny for 6 people, but we managed fine

The apartment was tiny and not really enough space for 5 people. Only one tiny bathroom.

The apartment is in a good location. The shower was outstanding in terms of size and water pressure (in an otherwise tiny bathroom). It was quiet enough at night to be able to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was clean. Host was lovely.

There was some scaffolding outside for building work so we were unable to open the windows but the apartment was well equipped with fans.

The communication around collecting the keys was good and the person meeting us was very helpful. Ideal location for walking to sightsee and very close to the Metro.

I will say that the living room was smaller than we thought. We had to move a lot of furniture to get the couch/bed to open and go around the table.

It was very modern and clean. The bathrooms were also very nice, the big shower was incredible. The rooms were a good size. And overall a very nice stay.

I did not like the limited check in flexibility. Check in times were fine and prior to arrival I was told that I could just notify them of check in atleast 30 minutes in advance which was fine. Then the day of, I was contacted earlier in the day and told I needed to notify them of checkin so that they could "plan" their day. I mentioned what I had been told but that did not seem to matter. This is terribly inconvenient when traveling with a large family and being unaware of when you will arrive in the city due to public transportation and possible delays. We had to cut short our plans for the day to give our selfs extra time to arrive before the check in time. I also did not like being asked for my credit card information to hold deposit. This is something that was conveyed by booking.com as being done through them not seperate. A little more clear guidance on this would have been nice.

I enjoyed that the rental was located fairly conveniently to Gar De L'Est and the Louvre by walking. The convenience of having a kitchen as well as the ability to do laundry was nice also. There was a gift bottle of wine left on the counter for us.

I recommend the apartment ! Very nice host, we were welcomed with wine and coffee. Close to the metro and the Louvre. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and very nice.

One night there was a very loud party below us, impossible to sleep. We saw a mouse running through the apartment. We had to pay 500 euro caution (in case we would make excessive noise during our stay ;)). Now after a week, the 500 euro still hasn't been debited on our creditcard. We trust to receive it back (we called with the agency), but not relaxt that we have to deal with this.

One night it was very silent and we slept very well. Apartment is clean, warm, comfortable and everything works. All people from the agency were very friendly.

The description and photos do not reflect the actual apartment. It is dark and the windows directly open to glass roofs. At night there were prostitutes on the street outside the door to the building. Not a nice place to return to in the evening with a family. The area is a red light district.

I would never recommend this property to another family simply because of the location. It is well located to many sites, BUT the street is lined with multiple sex shops and, at all hours of the day, there are prostitutes standing in their doorways waiting for customers. It is not a good environment for children.

I was happy to find this apartment was available when I was unable to find a hotel. I also appreciated having a laundry machine and that the linens and rest of the apartment were clean.

three were construction going on in the building" we could not open the windows/curtains and it was loud in the morning. also no AC. The room looks bigger in the picture and the furniture was not clean specially couple of chairs and the rug. the location of the toilet was very uncomfortable, i don't know why they designed it that way. Every time one would sit on the toilet would bump into the the toilet paper rod The location was not the best specially for families with kids.

Mattresses were very hard and not nice to sleep on. There was a party in the residential flat across with extremely loud music keeping us up until 2am on the first evening
