The kitchen is not a kitchen. It's a microwave and a kettle. A massive room with lots of dining tables, could definitely be upgraded with even just stove tops added.

Considering how expensive Europe is for hostels, this is really good value for money. Pod beds, shelves in own bed, curtain, locker on floor - they've thought of everything. Looks very clean and modern. Good location, easy to walk to old town and port. I wasn't there for a social vibe so cannot comment on that, just glad to get a good night sleep.

No hair dryers in the bathroom, but you can always carry one yourself, so no biggie

The toilet was tiny inside the room. There are showers outside but I found it very impractical to shower outside of your room.

The staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly but quite slow to work. I arrived around midnight and had to wait for what seemed an unecessary time in a queue at reception. On the otherhand every guest was been dealt with with no rush. The reception had difficulty with requests which would be simple for a hotel. The room had almost no storage space and no hot drink facilities which are ususally available at the room rate. The atmosphere and location was very good. All-in-all a very good hostel. It didn't claim to be a hotel. .

No kitchen. Only one shower in the communal bathroom, the other "shower" was like a rinse one with no hot water and only stayed on for about 15 seconds at a time.

Very clean and modern facilities. The rooms were light and spacious with pod style beds perfect for privacy and rest. The staff were very friendly and even gave me some food for my bus ride when I told them someone stole my lunch from the fridge. Good location, a short walk to supermarkets, pharmacy, and laundry. Short public transport journey to most popular places.

Walking from train station to hostel at night is not the safest but this is the nature of the city. Cleaners were also in rooms before checkout, turning on main lights and banging into beds with a hoover. Bit disruptive for the sleepy traveller.

Really comfortable with a social and lively courtyard. Rooms are clean and comfy. Great location with close proximity to the old port.

No cooking facilities. The luggage storage was a bit expensive. It was a bit dodgy outside the hostel but once you walked over to the next street, it was fine.

The bathroom floor was always wet and could be dangerous . Only one hot shower to use for quite a few residents . The shower tray should be none slip as if soap was on it could be a hazard and therefore could slip over if not careful.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great for €4 and you could eat inside in the air-condition or outside in the courtyard. Short walk less than 5 minutes into the port of Marsielle to catch the ferry ,train or bus. Helpful staff on call at all time.

The hostel surroundings seem to be not entirely safe, especially at night.

A really good hostel with a welcoming atmosphere with clean and comfortable double room and common areas where travellers can easily socialise. It provides essential amenities like free Wi-Fi, a kitchen, a bar :). The staff is friendly. The location, close to public transport and popular attractions, adds to the convenience and overall appeal of the stay.

The street can be a little louder, but nothing unbeareble.

Very nice hostel, with bar at evening, lot of fine people is accomodated here. The place is located in the centre, so you can go sightseeing by foot.

It was expensive and there wasn’t enough room in the fridge for everyone’s food. Also the rooms were pretty warm.

The bathroom was overlooked, always flooded and there was never any soap in the dispenser. They also force you to use the elevator and all the stairs are locked, I guess this was for security but it was annoying and slow to have to wait for the elevator to go down one flight of stairs.

Great beds with all the stuff you need like curtains, great shelf space and an outlet. Decently located, safe, nice staff

I find kinda hard to socialise in this type of hostels, like if you’re with company you probably would enjoy more and take advantage of all the things in the hostel, and they don’t have a kitchen:(, there’s a microwave tho ! :)

The rooms were spacious, the showers were so good espeicially in the heat. Great breakfast options, staff were friendly and nice roomates. The location is close to everything and can walk anywhere

Considering the privatcy, the cutain hepls a lot for everyone. The room is clean and with the AC on, that is the big surprize duing the summer travelling.

Staff were not friendly with the exception of one lady who made the best coffee. The area is OK. The bathroom was not in the room, which was fine, but they showers flooded the room.

The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and plenty of space.
