We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThis hotel was more than adequate for our needs.
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel to attend an Olympic event at Versailles. 1. The location (10 minutes walk from La Verrière train/bus station) was ideal. Free on-site parking and fast charging for electric cars was much appreciated. 2. The room was quiet, despite being between two busy roads. It was of average size and simply furnished, but it had all we needed. The beds were very comfortable. No airco nor fridge in the room, but it was cool enough with door/window open, even in the midsummer heat. 3. Compliments to the management of the hotel/group: they did not inflate prices during the 2024 Olympics, at least not when we booked. Very good value for money. 4. Offering breakfast and supper (both good) was convenient for our purposes. The staff did their best and was very friendly.

New ZealandDifficult to find and minimal assistance to help me find it. Google maps takes you to the wrong place, you need to use booking.com. Very industrial area, hardly a sidewalk and minimal shops nearby. Location was suitable for the Olympics locations but is otherwise a bit far from the city.
Generally a comfortable room, although my first room hadn't been cleaned so they gave me a new one. Nice to have a TV and coffee/tea facilities which isn't common here.

United KingdomThe shower hose needed relapcing - it leaked all over the place. The shower still worked but it was annoying. Also you need to do some staff training - I stayed two nights and both mornings the cleaner opened the door to my room without knocing to check if the room was still occupied. I was very glad I wasn't still in bed, getting dressed or in the shower. The cleaner was male and as a single woman I felt a bit vulnerable. Please just ask then to knock before entering.
The room was fine, it had a kettle which is the main thing, I can't be doing with hotels that can't be bothered to provide tea making facilites! The shutter blind was very good at blocking out the light which was good for sleeping in. The breakfast was good as were the two evening meals I had.

Brazilthe room has a door in the middle of the wall that divides it between another room, the door was locked but a man entered on Saturday at three o'clock in the afternoon, he thought there was no one in the room because there was no noise and I was sleeping. what would he do in my room? I don't know.. this man opened the room door with a key, he was in another room... so this hotel is not reliable
