We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Huge ground floor room with every facillity,amazing wet room. massive indoor pool with option to swim outside. Great buffet style breakfast / eggs cooked to order. Staff heipful, language never an issue. No traffic noise, ideal place to unwind

United KingdomIt’s hard to find anything. The rooms are not large but are lovely and the view from them is stunning.
There is so much. Terrific views. Great health spa. Great restaurant. Good parking close on site. But more than anything else staff are outstandingly good. I stay in a lot of hotels and these guys went that extra mile for the guests. Welcome greeting. Special attention from wine waiter. Victor was brilliant. He booked us covid tests for the journey back to the uk and helped us through that and much other help too. Thursday night saw a disco party on the beach in front of the hotel which is free to the guests. It closes at a reasonable time so does not disturb sleep. I will definitely be back.

United KingdomI thought that the hotel could have been more environmentally conscious. There were plastic straws served in most drinks, plastic bottles of water served at breakfast and numerous plastic bottles of toiletries in the rooms. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.
We have recently returned from a week at this hotel and we had such a lovely time. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the location was perfect and the food great. We actually ate at the hotel a lot more than we had originally intended to as we liked the restaurant there. The spa facilities were great, we had two kids with us who were happy with the pool and the beach. It was a great spot to explore the local area such as the beaches of Il de Rey and the restaurants and shops of La Rochelle. We would go again.
