We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent breakfast. Great location overlooking the port. Tranquil. Large comfortable bed. Good balcony with sea view. Free private parking. Good facilities. WC in bedroom was separate from the en suite bathroom.

Great hotel in lovely location overlooking the harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and very modern with a good sized en suite. The beds were very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool area. The restaurant for breakfast and evening dinner was good with plenty of choice and quality. One can use the terrace at the front of the hotel for drinks and meals. Parking is behind the hotel and quite secure.

We had a basic room. Very nice en suite. Quiet. There was a pool and steam room and sauna but we did not use these. Pool is small. Great location. Excellent chef. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the dinners were very good.

United KingdomOur reception on check in was poor. We had phoned and requested an upgrade but there seemed to be no record of this. The receptionist appeared to imply that we were making this up. There was no apology and no concern about a loss of our booking. On our check out the same receptionist told me that it was impossible to print our itemised bill after we queried the way it was divided between our two rooms. Everyone else that we met at the hotel was wonderful.
Location, waiting staff, bar staff; all fabulous. Food was delicious and the pool was wonderful.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent English. We paid 15€ each to use the sauna and steam room. The steam room was good, the sauna was extremely small but hot. The outside jacuzzi was tepid. Restaurant was good if a little expensive for what you got. Great location.

United KingdomOur room was so tiny that you couldn’t move around easily , it wasn’t cleaned properly and the balcony was so desperately awful that we never used it. Sadly nobody felt it appropriate to tell us that we were next to a building site… so every morning at 8.00am it was noisy and there was no privacy, it was absolutely awful and it didn’t feel safe as a massive crane was delivering concrete, steel etc right over the pool. Throughout the night there was a loud humming noise - all night every night- it was dreadful - meant that we got very little sleep! No air conditioning! The Wi-Fi never worked. We were so pleased that we were only staying for two nights! Delighted to leave!
The hotel is in the Perfect location. Camaret however needs a good clean. Lovely smiley lady on reception with excellent English - she was excellent! Very good restaurant.
